Mellowbrook Apartments

Our one bedroom, one bath cottages are approximately 760 square feet. You have your own parking spaces in front of the cottage in a quite, safe, secluded area with a scenic mountain view. We use a neutral color scheme in our cottages with berber carpet. The kitchens come with a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher on a ceramic floor. There is also a washer and dryer hook-up in their own enclosed utility closet.

Rent is $625 a month which includes water, sewage, and garbage collection. Sorry no pets allowed.
