Mellowbrook Apartments

Our two bedroom, one bath apartments are approximately 950 square feet. You will have your choice of either an upstairs or downstairs apartment that is quiet, safe, secluded with a scenic mountain view. All are apartments have a neutral color scheme to better fit any type of decor that you might have. The kitchen and bath have ceramic tile and the rest of the apartment has berber carpet. The kitchen comes with a a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and a closet with a washer and dryer hookup. The bedrooms come with a full length bedroom closet. All our units are equipped with central heating and central air.

Rent is $675 a month which includes water, sewage and garbage pickup. Sorry no pets allowed.
